UPDATE: the customer service here is the best I’ve ever dealt with. The owner reached out to me after seeing my negative review and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Most importantly, she did it without asking for an updated review in return. 90% of the companies I’ve had to deal with these last couple of months have wanted to buy my review. I’m disgusted that Amazon even allows that. But this one is legit. I’ll continue to order from her.
ORIGINAL REVIEW - The product, while it lasts, is great. My kitchen countertops look like new. But the tip wears out before even half of the paint is used, which makes the entire pen useless. It’s ridiculous to have to throw the entire thing away when it still has so much paint in it. They should include multiple replacement tips. Do not recommend.
