The package was user friendly and a little amusing.
I installed this in my favorite bathroom in the house and it was very easy. It comes with all the hardware plus a spare of each part. You don't really need a drill if you have to use the drywall bolts. Just use your phillips screwdriver and a hammer to make the hole. (I do own a drill, I was just being lazy) I wasn't looking for a shelf toilet paper holder, but when I found this, I thought it was kind of genius. I have a habit of putting my cell phone in my back pocket and I admit, it lave lost more than one to the porcelain throne as the pants are coming off, it flips right in. Have learned that lesson, I so I take the phone out before I go in and more than 1/2 the time forget to retrieve it from the counter as I leave. Now, I can put it in a safe place that I won't easily forget to put back in my pocket.
