Set of 4 undamaged box so the manufacturer is sending out broken products. This was in a box of 4 and the sprayer is completely cracked. I will keep it and try and remember to save a sprayer from one of the others so I can use this. I haven't had a chance to try it. It's basically for cleaning prior to sanitizing with another product. It gets good reviews for cleaning.
