Excellent Customer Service from SodaStream when I received a defective product with missing part. Luckily I'd used a Soda Stream for years so knew it was defective immediately and was not operator error! I was initially surprised and concerned when I saw on Amazon that product was not returnable and I needed to go directly to manufacturer but Soda Stream easy to reach, staff pleasant and quickly resolved problem and I received a new replacement in a week. I guess I could have given fewer Stars for poor quality control but problem resolved so respectfully I'd definitely buy again and recommend this.
