It works but causes stomach pain for me before using the toilet each time. Although the pain subsides when I'm done using it. Second, I've had nightmares everyday day of use with these pills. Nightmares I'm not too concerned with because I don't live in fear but it is noteworthy to mention. I did lose a few pounds during use tho, so in that sense, it worked.
