This has, so far, been the smartest purchase I have made in regards to hiking with my pup. (She is a 7.5 lbs miniature dachshund and she loves to walk trails with me.) I ended up getting the 9’ length and it was plenty long enough for her to go a little ways ahead of me. I started her on a regular leash with that went around my wrist, but felt like I needed the ability to have my hands free. I got this and it has been a life changer. She is secure and I am hands-free. Win-win!It does not separate and can only be used to walk one dog and wrap around the walker cross-body style. But I only needed it for one pup so that’s fine with me.

Par contre, après quelques utilisations, le textile de couleur a commencé à rétrécir et il n'était plus possible d'utiliser la laisse en main libre, puisqu'elle est devenu trop petite. Il a été nécessaire de couper le textile de couleur afin de redonner la longueur d'origine à la laisse.
