The mop is great and the turning feature is also great, but the pole is not strong at all. It easily broke on first use. I used it for ceiling and wall, one segment broke after 30 mins and another segment attachment broke after 2 hours. Given its cost, I am not too surprised. But I wish it was stronger.

What can one say about a dust mop? I do like it. It reaches into areas that normally I can’t reach with my Swifter so it gets a good score there. It comes with several mop heads and they go right into the washer. Another good score because I won’t have to buy Swifter floor dusters ever again. I think they are better at picking up dust & dirt than a Swifter. I’m struggling a little with the actual mop head getting stuck in positions I don’t want it in but I can easily get it fixed. Also, it does not come with any directions so you are on your own with putting it together. Not really a big deal.

I bought this so I could wash the walls quickly as well as mop some small areas in my kitchen floor. This item came as expected, and was doing a great job with washing the walls, however one of the poles broke during my scrubbing of the wall. I'm glad this had the extender poles, because I just used that.

I really like this, and with the exception of the middle pole bending and breaking I would give this 5 stars. It's very light and does exactly what I need. I wouldn't use it for heavy floor scrubbing but perfect for walls and small areas.

I have high ceilings and I bought this to clean some spots on my walls and to clean my S/S hood that goes up to the ceiling too. Very sturdy and the design makes it easy to get into the corners and to the tippy top.

I was very impressed with the versatility of this mop. I can adjust the length of the handle to reach higher or lower spots. We have 9" ceilings & I'm 5"2 so this was great to get at the corners without using a step stool/ ladder. It wasn't whippy at it's full extension. The choice of covers also was helpful.
I know this will get used a lot as this home seems to attract a lot of dust.
