Worth Every Penny
I use my RecTec Pellet Grill almost every day to cook all my meals. The Typhur InstaProbe Digital Thermometer is the perfect companion. It's super quick, easy to use and the digital display is big and bright. I've had mine now for one year and the battery still has has half it's life left. Yesterday while cleaning it after use I noticed a hairline crack in the plastic sleeve that holds the metal probe into the swivel portion of the thermometer. Upon closer inspection the housing portion had several cracked areas which fell apart in my hand. Mow mind you I am extremely gentle with it and never have I ever dropped it or even dinged it. I was devastated and reached out to Typhur and the immediately contacted me saying an exact replacement would be shipped at no additional charge. Wow, I am totally impressed and this awesome product comes with a 10 year warranty!!!! Yes, 10 years folks. I am utterly and completely sold and I am a customer for life. It may seem a little pricey for a thermometer but believe me it's worth every penny.
