Lowering my review to 4 stars for one reason: the vacuum has trouble returning to the dock and sometimes ends up not docking, not charging, or not emptying. It’s inconsistent but happens regularly. I have tried clearly the map and that helps some.
I have had several robot vacuums over the years including a cheap $99 “dumb” robot vacuum, Roborock, and Roomba. I needed another vacuum that mopped now that I have hardwood and tile and a second floor. I did a TON of research and landed on the Deebot N10+. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and it has been amazing! I absolutely recommend it if it’s in your budget.

DETAILED REVIEW
I have two dogs (Siberian husky and a Heeler) that shed a ton of dog hair. Vacuuming everyday is required but not an option for me time-wise. Between that and normal dirt I have the robot vacuum scheduled to run twice a day. This robot vacuum does a great job in every important aspect, from the obvious vacuuming and mopping to ease of setup and a user friendly app.
SETUP
It was incredibly easy. Out of the box the only thing I had to do (besides remove the plastic) was screw on the two side brushes, and attach the vacuum bag. (The cord and everything else was already out together.) After that I opened the lid of the vacuum and scanned the QR code to download the app and followed instructions to finish setting up.
APP
The app is not only easy to use, it has some really neat features that set it a tier above other robot vacuum apps. The vacuum runs an initial mapping run, then actually identified separate rooms automatically (on roborock and roomba you have to manually split rooms by drawing) and allows you to easily name, merge, or split them. Scheduling allows you to set “do not disturb” time to avoid running late at night, the order the rooms are cleaned in, continue cleaning after recharging if the battery is low, and even set the suction level and mopping level room by room. It has options for no-go zones, no-mop zones, etc. You can also set reminders to replace the mop cloth, empty the bin, and replace filters, etc.
Important note:
The app recommends how often to empty the vacuum based on your floors and dirt level. I ignored this at first and the bin was so packed with dirt and hair that it had trouble emptying. After choosing “every 20 minutes for areas with lots of pet hair” I haven’t had a single issue since.
The vacuuming is absolutely perfect. I’m not sure what else to say. It’s about 2x quieter than my Roborock S5, never misses a spot, and clean my entire house on one charge. I noticed a few places it got stuck and simply set up a marker to avoid that area.
The mopping is pretty good and has the largest water tank I’ve seen for a robot vacuum (3x bigger than my roborock.) It detects when the mop is attached and adjust the cleaning accordingly (avoiding no mop zones.) it won’t scrub your floors obviously, but keeps them clean in between deep cleans. I’ve found it’s especially great for rainy days when my pups track in water or dirt through the doggy door.
I keep discovering new little settings and features that add to how much I like this vacuum. I’m more impressed with it the more I use it.
