I purchased the contract on a Power XL Fryer. The fryer only worked once and would not start up again. I returned the Fryer to Amazon. Amazon said I could expect credit for the fryer in up to 30 days. When I requested the fryer to be picked up I was told by customer service I would have to deal with the seller to get my money back for the contract. I was told the seller info would be on the box. It was not. I called again and was told my refund would be for the cost of the fryer plus tax. Nothing else is due to me. So what am I supposed to say about the contract, except don't buy it be a use Amazon will not give you your money back. And I never paid money to a 3rd party, I paid Amazon. Common sense should tell Amazon that if the fryer is returned to them I should have my money returned as the contract was only for the fryer. Not happy.
I purchased insurance for my new Kerurig coffee maker. It may last long for a year, and if I need to replace it, then it is always good to have insurance. This is a 3 year insurance plan. It is worth it.
