I've used this body wash for years and have been a huge fan. The only annoyance was the 1 once of product left in the bottle the pump wouldn't eject. When I saw the redesigned pump I thought they had finally addressed the issue! Wrong, the 1st time using the pump popped off and the spring was down the drain never to be seen again. Thank goodness I still had the old bottle with the ounce remaining, bit of a pain but I transferred. Next bottle same issue, although I caught the spring. Not sure how hard it can be to design a pump capable of pumping all usable product without having to worry about catastrophic destruction. Method has been doing it for years, I can send you a bottle for reference if required.
