While this is not the biggest water bottle - just 20 oz., it is easy to drink from and hold. Also super looking it I chose this after seeing my pilates instructor using it and I like how easy it is to sip from in a workout and hold. Other bottles I have looked at include a straw (I don't like) or a twist-off cap (impractical during a workout) and this fits the bill . LOVE IT!

I love the coating on this bottle as it provides grip (and for you sensory folks great feel). I don’t notice it sweating either. I am a big fan of tops without straws or nipple like attachments as you can’t clean those well. This has a large opening. Has a nice handle too! The only thing that makes me say hmm wish this was different is the air holes that allow the water to flow. They could be a little bigger. They are small and make a little noise. But overall fantastic sport bottle.
