This has great power, is easy to control the volume of air, and useful inside the house too (have used it to clean out the dryer vent, clean up a gymnasium after an event, etc.).

My main dislike is that it's easy to turn on when you don't intend to, either by grabbing it and pulling the trigger, or by moving the lever that sets the speed. My solution is to be aware of how I hold it, and to transport it and store it without the battery in it.

The 5AH battery gives me good battery life, but is heavy. As I slowly replace my other outdoor tools, I'm sure I'll get one with a smaller battery that will save my arm a bit.

Saw a flash sale on this and jumped on it. The thing is a beast. My beef with most battery blowers I've used is that they can't handle deep or wet leaves very well. Not so with this one. It's as powerful (even more powerful than some) as most residential grade gas blowers. The turbo mode gives you some extra oomph to clear stuck debris and dirt when needed, which works really well. It's a bit heavy so I use the shoulder strap for longer sessions. The battery is a monster and lasts a long time.

Battery life: I haven’t used it much, but after using it for about 10 minutes, the 5ah battery is still showing 5 lights, close to or fully charged.

My only suggestion for improvement is to make the main blower tube more robust. My first attempt to purchase this item resulted in a return. Amazon shipped one that was previously opened. The charger was missing, all pieces haphazardly stuffed in a damaged item box (inside an undamaged shipping box) and the main blower tube was partially crushed due to improper re-packaging.

Hang or otherwise properly store the tool. If it’s tossed on a pile with other items, this main tube is easily compressed and deformed.

Around the house I grab this over my Stihl BG86 and Husquvarna BTS580 to clear the grass clippings every time. The 5A battery doesn't last long on turbo but it actually blows the grass clippings off faster than the noisy pro handheld. If you put the nozzle into a downspout to clear it, the fan twists the air instead of pushing it like a conventional impeller. But for everything else the fan blows more air and works better.

I bought this to replace my older corded leaf blower. This new one is a beast. Get the more powerful one if you are considering the other one with the smaller motor. It is great. Super powerful, a little heavy but well balanced. I havent needed to use the shoulder strap with it yet. Wish I had bought it long ago. The battery lasts long time, even when using the turbo boost. Never had it run out when using it for normal yard work and blowing off the driveway after mowing. Just buy it!
