You'll need to use a scrubber when you shower. Hand and soap doesn't clean it off..but that also means it's very protective against yhe sun while you wear it during the day.
Also, I agree. Spray radius is weird. I spray on my hand and rub on.

We have white e very sensitive skin, went to Daytona beach on June, this was the perfect protection for my little kids, me and my husband. Under the Sun and playing in the water for about 4 hours, had to apply twice.
Tip: spray it in your hand and then to the skin. The spray will leave a round mark, and everything will be coated white. 🤪
