The seller was Hybrid IT. I paid 362 bucks. The phone was refurbished/used in Excellent condition.

The phone was as described. There are some very faint scratches on the glass, which are barely noticeable depending on how you hold the phone under a bright light.

Seller shipped it next day air (prime).

The phone itself works great. Almost all my settings were imported from my old Samsung Galaxy phone using Samsung's Smart Switch app.

Highly recommend the seller and the phone.

First and LAST time i will ever buy a refurbished device

I was very apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone but after reading so many 5 star reviews i pulled the trigger. The first one i got looked brand new cosmetically but any time i would go to charge it it said there was "Water in the charging port" and wouldn't let me charge the phone (there was no water anywhere near the phone, let alone in the charging port). That kept happening until i returned it for another one. This one (got it in March of 2023) looked great too cosmetically but functionality is the big issue. First it wouldn't give me any notifications of emails - I went through all the prompts and settings, changed everything I could...still no notifications of emails. The only time it will notify me is if I actually open up Gmail - then it will pop up saying you have x amount of unread messages but if I'm already opening the program it's completely useless! Then I started having people tell me "I was calling you but it went straight to voicemail" I thought it was odd but maybe it was service related. I went to my wireless provider and they said there is nothing wrong with the service it's probably the device. My wife has the same exact service with a different phone and has service throughout the house. Now not only can i not make or receive calls in my house I can't send text messages! The phone will say I have full service (5 bars) plus I'm connected to Wifi 6 with a 1 gig fiber connection. When I go to send a message it will just keep spinning and spinning until the message times out after a long time. The only way I've figured out how to trick the phone into sending messages is send the message, turn the phone on airplane mode and then switch airplane mode off again and the message will send. To add insult to injury last month I noticed a small artifact on the screen that does not go away. I've had this phone for less than a year and I have a permanent line on the screen that shows even when it's on the charging screen. I purchased this from the seller "TheGadgetDeals" because they had 100% positive reviews - not sure how that's possible if these are the kind of phones they are selling. So with no email notifications, no ability to make or receive calls or send text messages in my house (and a lot of times other places) I effectively have a $450 paper weight masquerading as a phone. If you're ok with spending nearly $500 on a phone that will be essentially unusable within 7 months of purchasing I say go for it, otherwise I'd look elsewhere!

1/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

PS. After owning the phone for a month or so i purchased another one for my wife (also from TheGadgetDeals) her phone came in excellent cosmetic condition but every time she would make or receive a call the person on the other end would hear an echo of everything they said so that phone had to returned

With only 2 days! who knows? But signs are very good so far!!
In densely populated areas, without 5G access, my prior phone MIUI android, seemed to be sent to the back of the internet line....spinning for access until oblivion. Most of the time its not a big deal, when I have time to wait. But when I'm traveling and need EV charging waiting 10 minutes seems like forever; or standing at the ticket gate with people behind me, waiting for my tickets to show up on my phone....neither scenario is a good place! So far my garage access is working great vs previously.( night v day different) I bought the 12 G Ram, due to my desire to access sources promptly after what I was experiencing. Sure, 12 G is said to be over kill, for a non-gamer....BUT right or wrong? the extra RAM should place me in the front of the line when its my turn... in need! So time will tell. For example; While in Padre -Petco park my old phone was downgraded to 2 G, (> 96ms latency/outdoor) with possibly 44000 folks on their phones that was a long wait...& for nothing! I stayed with Samsung, because its what i am used to, and my son (a geek) likes. Conclusion old man is very pleased thus far.

The phone looks cosmetically very good. Tiny dings on the edges but they're hidden by a case. But the battery is really bad. From 100% charge to 20% in less than 7 hours. It's now at only 48% after charging for an hour. If this keeps up, it will practically be a landline since it's constantly tethered .

And the WORST: It is loaded with so much adware, bloatware and Spyware that it's not worth it. Even my IT guys can't cure it. I'll try a factory reset, but if that doesn't work, in the trash it goes. Might return it after a reset and buy a phone not so infected.

Edited to add: screen has so much crazing and the adware and bloatware are there no matter what I do.

El celular me llegó con leves detalles estéticos, casi como nuevo. Funciona muy bien y veo que todo es original si es que le cambiaron piezas (el cargador no es original pero se agradece que incluyan uno). Vi muchos comentarios respecto a que en One UI 6.1 la pantalla táctil dejaba de responder pero al menos en mi caso lo actualicé a One UI 6.1 y funciona perfectamente bien el celular. Y la huella digital al principio pensé que no servía pero le quité la mica con la que viene y funcionó perfectamente bien la huella digital, le puse una de hidrogel y con esa sí funciona bien la huella. Buen producto

Tenía daño físico bastante visible, se sobrecalienta fácilmente, y la cámara estaba dañada, se veían unas manchas negras que no eran de suciedad, no sé si sea un buen teléfono en sí, pero no fue una buena compra.

En mi caso me llego con una estética 9 de 10, varios rasguños en los laterales donde se levantó la pintura, al igual que en puerto de carga se levantó bastante la pintura fuera de eso estéticamente todo bien! La pantalla se ve increíble y la parte trasera junto con las cámaras en perfecto estado! Pero algo que se debe tener en cuenta al comprar estos equipos es que es una ruleta! He comprado otros equipos en los que me llegan en perfecto estado tanto interna como externamente, pero en el caso de este s21 ultra la batería viene bastante degradada incluso más por debajo del 75% (realizado con buenas pruebas con accu baterry) por lo que tengo problemas con la batería, ya que no me dura el día y tengo que ponerlo a cargar 2 veces al día, ya para finalizar mencionar que tengo muy baja intensidad de señal telefónica por lo que algunas veces tengo que ponerlo en modo avión y quitarlo para volver a tener señal, tengo izzi móvil con todo ilimitado y entiendo que no es la mejor de las compañías, pero aun así es molesto.

Fuera de todo esto el quipo cumple muy bien para lo que cuesta! Y siempre y cuando sepas a lo que le estás apostando que puede salir muy bien o puede no ser la mejor de las experiencias.
