This is the one to get. Period. I've got four or five others that are undersized, nonstick but not rust free, so thin they warp in the heat, and one that has a beautifully curled edge that ...holds water and then dribbles rusty water all the way to the sink. Sheesh! Yes I put everything in the dishwasher because machines good! These are truly hassle free. Wash em, shake water off. slide into cupboard. Done. And the mesh things are just right for drippy stuff like on the cooking shows. Painless at last! (No idea why I didn't find these when I searched the first time.)

I do t believe the racks (which actually touch the food) are actually stainless steel! The welds are the same colour as the wire which means it’s coated. This is exactly what I did not want! It’s the reason I bought this product and I am very disappointed. Oddly, the the trays are strongly magnetic while the racks are not. When the coating starts to flake off and poison my family; I will take further action. Unless the company contacts me with proof the racks are S.S.
