    It arrived quickly! But was expecting the product to be in excellent condition as it says on the description below “Refurbished- Excellent” I received a few scuffs around the corners of phone and a small dent on the left corner. I would list this phone as a good condition phone rather excellent. But the battery health is still good of 86%. Still lasts great. Saw the history of the parts, it is a Genuine Apple Part which is great. In conclusion the scuffs and the dent does not affect the performance of the phone as I can easily cover it up with a case, so it’s not noticeable. But probably next time when I buy a phone from Amazon it would be “Renewed Premium”

    I’m giving it 5 stars because the price isn’t terrible for being a “refurbished” phone. It was in pretty great condition besides a couple scuffs where the camera lenses were. Despite some of these other reviews, the phone was definitely worth the buy. It’s been about a week now and everything runs perfectly with no issues. The only tiny problem I have is the battery life was at 86% so it does die somewhat faster than expected but all in all the phone does exactly what I needed it to considering my other phone was completely damaged and I could only see half the screen.

    This was the 1st of 2 iPhone 12 mini ordered via Amazon Renewed Program (premium) from Amazon’s third party vendor. Not knowing what to expect at first since prior iPhone purchases have always been brand new. I think the result was much better than expected as the iPhone 12mini looked effectively new without any visible blemishes; the accessories while not OEM, were just fine. The battery life was 93%; everything on the iPhone worked as good as new. I would rate this as a very good value purchase.

    It seems like I’ll need to combine my reviews for the 2 orders of iPhone 12, even though the phones were purchased at separate times.

    The 2nd iPhone mini 12, also through Amazon Renewed (Premium) 3rd party vendor. The quality of the phone was in excellent condition, no physical blemishes, battery life even better than the first, at 98%.; the accessories were not OEM, but were just fine; everything on the iPhone functioned properly as if it was new. If there was something to point out it, I think it’s commonly understood that since the mini versions are smaller phones, they’ll natural sport a smaller battery, hence a bit more frequent charging, but still it’s not a deal breaker esp for those who prefers a smaller size phone. Furthermore, w many portable chargers out there it easily counters any possible inconveniences.

    Amazon renewed program have other conditions (excellent, good, acceptable). Since I have not made purchases on these categories I won’t be able to accurately review or comment on them.

    i purchased the "excellent" graded phone - which should have 80%+ battery health and no visible cosmetic damage from 12" away. unfortunately, since i got the black model, scratches on the body revealed a silver underneath that is definitely visible from well over 12" away. however, the battery health is at 100%, and the phone runs smoothly, so the tradeoff is definitely worth it to me! just something to keep in mind if you highly value the case-less appearance of your phone. it was also super great that a charger + block was included, since not even apple include that with their new phones now

    I order this phone and absolutely loved it. Looked brand new the only problem I had was the battery came defective and only lasted a week. I got in touch with the seller and they helped me right away. I was able to return the defective phone and they sent me a replacement the next day. I would recommend even though I had an issue they helped me solve the problem right away. And the phone now is working perfectly and again it looks brand new.

    Item arrived well packaged. Very minor scratches but nothing major. Gunk left in earpiece screen which is gross. Other than that good condition. Battery life at 99%. So that is good as long as they used apple or equivalent quality battery and resealed screen correctly to maintain waterproofness. If original battery then it’s a great deal because that means not used but in 4 years highly unlikely that original battery would have made it this far and at 99%. Will update review when we check battery. Overall for price paid $230 for a mini12 - reasonable shape @ “excellent” status…..

    I bought an Iphone 12 mini in "excellent" condition first. All scratched up and if look very decently used. Did not care much, since I just want to use it as dashcam. Battery was at 100%- meaning it was replaced. Good and bad... since I got a message that the camera was not genuine also. So phone was damaged. Camera and battery were replaced. Problem is they got replaced with non-genuine parts. While I have nothing against aftermarket parts when I have to replace them, I have an issue when someone sells something and not disclosing that. I would rather have an old non genuine battery than a new aftermarket. Also the way Apple has been working lately what's from stopping them disabling my non genuine camera. They try doing it before I believe people were outraged and they stopped and even a law- The right to repair was also introduced because of that. Either way bought another refurb phone after returning this one. That one I got it with the lowest possible condition- "acceptable" or something. Also, the cheapest. Honestly as far as scratches they look identical. This one battery was at 88%- so it hasn't been replaced and no messages about non genuine parts. So I guess my advice would be to go in with a lot of expectations about these and my opinion just get the cheapest possible. Chances are you will still get the same condition unit.

    Todo muy bien, solo el color parece rosado pero el celular llego en buen estado ningún rayón y funciona muy bien, la batería no dura mucho si eres un usuario constante pero hay que tomar en cuenta que si el celular es mini pues claro la batería dura menos que uno de tamaño más grande

    Los primeros días no funciona del todo bien pero después de 3 días ha tenido un buen desempeño, me parece que todo es cuestión de actualización. No le pide nada a ninguno de mayor tamaño. Es primer producto iPhone reacondicionado a un súper precio y a meses . Lo recomiendo ampliamente
