UPDATE: Customer Service reached out just a few hours after my review. They reimbursed my purchase, sent me a new squishy ball plus an extra pop puzzle, for free. I am upgrading my review from 1 to 5 stars because of their diligence and reactivity.

Great at first, when it arrived. Nice colors, great texture, perfect size. 3 days later, several patches of color were missing, which I was ready to overlook. 2 more days and the seal broke open, making it impossible to use. I read the directions when I first opened it and was careful to just squish it in ways that would not compromise it. I squished it for about 2-3 hours a day, for 5 days. Not durable at all. Really disappointed.

I've had three of these things, two "giant" (they are not giant) and one small. All three have burst or leaked out of nowhere. The small one leaked blue goo all over me from multiple places about 5 minutes after I got it. I hadn't been tough with it, it literally came with holes in it already. The first giant one exploded while I was squishing it lightly, and the second one (a gift) leaked all over my coffee table, ruining several things. I played with it maybe twice ever. It mostly just sat on the table to be used during therapy, but I always forgot about it and only touched it when cleaning. A week ago, I noticed it looking like it had stretch marks, without ever having been stretched. Today, I picked it up while cleaning, and some clear goo came pouring out all over the table, some special vintage family photos I had been sorting for a memorial, my laptop, my shirt, and my rug. I don't know what it is but I couldn't get it out of the rug and it's still sticky, the pictures destroyed, my shirt is stained, the laptop is toast, and I had to wash my hands a bunch of times to get it all off. Luckily, my laptop was backed up, but I can't afford a new one. These stupid things are awful rotten trash. They are fun to play with when you are stimming or stressed, but not worth the wild amount of damage that they can do. I never handled any of them roughly out of fear of them breaking, and they broke anyway. Just pure junk. Don't do this to yourself. Don't throw your money and whatever they might destroy in the trash. Don't do it!!

Edited to add: Customer service is very kind. They reached out and wanted to refund me for all 3, + send me another one of their sensory toys for free. I didn't accept because, the fact of the matter is, as fun as they are, these things leak and explode frequently. They made sure to mention this review, including a link to it (as if I don't know where it is 😆) in nearly every message, and even pointed out that the link to my review was right there, in the last message of our correspondence. You know. Just in case I wanted to access it for some reason. That's funny and transparently manipulative. That they gave me a refund and offered me a freebie doesn't change what happened. They did the right thing with their offers, it is what they are supposed to do, but the review is still the same. Don't buy these things.

I'm a therapist and often have fidget gadgets on the table so my clients can reduce some anxiety while talking. If you look at the picture of the ball being squeezed and twisted, this is exactly what one of my teen clients did and it popped oozing white sticky stuff from the ball's seal. She felt so badly but was assured it was not a problem and we were able to laugh about it. Still, on day one, first person to use it, and it doesn't hold up. Granted the box indicates it should not be squeezed too hard, but again, I point to the squeezy twisty picture which suggests it should be able to handle some use.

Just wanted to say that the company is fantastic, the rainbow ball, not so much. They went above and beyond to help satisfy. I'm pleased with their assistance. Received a different ball, seems somewhat sturdier plus a packet of three smaller squish balls with dinosaurs inside (the kids love them). So far, all balls are still intact and get squished almost daily as a stress reliever for my clients. Very impressed with the company's desire to accommodate and set things right. Thank you.

We are used to these leaking after few months, no big deal. Bought 2 of the glittered ones back in Dec of 23 as backups. Our sons older ball leaked yesterday after 6 months. Gave him the glittered last night around 6pm and by 9:30am today it was already leaking. Just gave him the last one we have. We'll see how long this one goes. Seems the solid colors are better then the glittered ones.

UPDATE: Received email from company tha king me for review and expressed their concerns. Offered refund along with replacements. Think this is the first time a company reached our to me unsolicited and offered what they did. Makes me glad that i am doing business with this company and they stand behind their product. Also received a nice handwritten letter from them. These ate the things that makes a company successful and their customers glad to do business with them.
