Bought a plan for a $3500 camera I purchased on Amazon in July of 2019. All I get from them is the run around. Spent an hour on the phone yesterday with 5 different people and made no progress. Have been waiting for a shipping label since April. Yesterday, they wanted a copy of my camera invoice and Asurion invoice (which they should have via Amazon already) but I provided yet again. I was told that I would get a shipping label within 3-4 hours. Now, they want photos of my camera (which would reveal absolutely nothing, since the problem is internal). I uploaded a message (on par with this review) and the automated response said it would take 2-3 days to review my upload. At this point, there "warranty" program appears to me (in my opinion) to be a fraudulent gimmick, with nothing but everchanging hurdles and roadblocks added to delay or avoid fulfilling its warranty obligation. Just the worst. Not even worthy of 1 star.
