Easy, do-it-yourself installation!

  • Step 1 - Remove your current seat.
  • Step 2 - Install the WASHLET base plate. The rubber grommets can be lubricated with water if needed. Tighten the screws completely.
  • Step 3 - Slide the WASHLET onto the base plate. Check the fit on your toilet and readjust the base plate as needed. A quick release button on the right-hand side allows for easy removal.
  • Step 4 - Connect the tee connector to your fill valve inlet. Connect the WASHLET hose and reconnect the water supply hose.

The TOTO WASHLET C200 Round Bidet Toilet Seat with PREMIST delivers ecology-minded luxury in a streamlined design. The WASHLET C200 is fully automated, featuring a soft rear spray, rear cleanse, and front cleanse with the option of an oscillating or pulsating stream. The controls are located on a slim, wireless remote. The PREMIST function sprays the bowl with water before each use, preventing waste buildup and keeping the toilet bowl clean. Newly resigned seat provides additional space and comfort across broader range of users. The wand is self-cleaning, automatically cleaning itself before and after every use. Features a heated SoftClose seat with five temperature settings. The temperature and pressure of the water are adjustable, each with five settings. Cleansing with soothing warm water is more comfortable than traditional toilet paper that can sometimes be rough. Built in air deodorizer and a warm air dryer with three temperature settings provide a more enjoyable experience. Using a WASHLET reduces the need for toilet paper, saving trees and water used to manufacture each roll. As we get older, our mobility can deteriorate and make it increasingly hard to clean ourselves after toileting. Medical conditions such as ALS, MS and other debilitating illnesses can make using the bathroom without assistance almost impossible, but with a WASHLET, just the touch of a button can leave you feeling clean. Our commode is a "Standard". At least we thought it was. But the Toto C200 Bidet, said to fit a "round bowl", didn't at all. However, it can be made to fit rather easily. It needs to be mounted back further - but that can only be done by drilling new mounting holes forward of the nice mounting apparatus offered.You will need to purchase a few flat head metric screws, #6-1, 80mm long. And drill the holes indicated in the photo. It will be helpful if the holes are countersunk to allow the Toto to slide over the screws when sliding it back into the mount catches. This was the perfect buy for me. Both my wife and I love it. There have been some negative reviews about installation. However my product came with the correct conical washer in place and a new instruction sheet with a few modifications on it. I was able to hand tighten the connections on the water line tee and there were no leaks. Of course you need an electric outlet nearby. For me, installation was less than 10 minutes. There is plenty of warm water for the two of us. The ability to control position, pressure, temperature, oscillation of wand, and pulsating pressure are all very useful. The blow dryer is nice but will not completely dry you off. The warm seat is nice also.

I was at an upscale rental recently, and the mb had this Toto Washlet C200. It was amazing! I did my due diligence in researching all of the major manufacturers and their options, within my budget. Options offered within said budget, the strength of the company, the customer reviews would have been enough for me to choose this company and this particular model.
I discovered that Toto is the global leader of this industry, and I had actually used this for a 7 day period previously, and the reviews and what it delivered were great (when you sift through the 'whys' regarding the negative reviews) is why I ended up choosing this. Toto must have listened to some of the very legitimate complaints, because the T connector is now in plastic (as per the previous 1* and awesome review!), and no extra anything is needed to get and keep this beauty up and running beautifully. Well, except for an extension cord for some of us. Only 3 feet of cord, coming off of the back left side (when you're facing the toilet). So I went to the local hardware store and purchased a 6ft 'appliance' extension cord. Perfect! 6' is the shortest available for an appliance extension cord, which is what you will need, NOT a regular extension cord. If my bathroom were configured differently, and the wall outlet was on the same side as where the power cord comes out of the toilet lid, then I woudn't have needed the extension cord. I am not technologically inclined, AT ALL, and found this toilet seat lid super easy to install. I watched a YouTube video first, and that was very helpful. Turn off the shut off valve to your toilet (righty tighty - lefty loosey) - yes, you need a shut off valve already installed -, thread the T connector properly connecting the outflow from the shut off valve to the intake for the tank itself, open up the shut off valve, then plug your unit into the wall. I would wait for a while before first use, because it will take time for the water to heat up, otherwise the water will be very cold and thus very unpleasant. Speaking from experience here! I've been using this for about 10 days now, and it's a completely different experience. It makes one feel very clean and refreshed. There is a remote control, and can be programmed for two users. The remote is what controls everything. Once you find the perfect setting for yourself, you lock it in. But I found that this pre programming for a specific user does not include the oscillation. You will need to press that button manually after your cycle begins. The warm water lasts longer that I would have thought. There is also a built in blow dryer, helpful but doesn't complete the job. I've turned off my heated seat, until winter time. The fan that begins when pressure is put on the lid is not loud nor obnoxious either. I am very sensitive to noise, and this Toto Washlet is in my half bath, and very tiny room. This fan is for the odor control, and it really does work. Another amazing benefit for sure! I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase, and cannot imagine not having one in my home for the rest of my life. Seriously!

This is a revised model of the version we purchased 20 years ago. The controller is more modern, the seat sensor is a pressure sensor, rather than an infrared sensor, and the device sprays the side of the bowl upon seating. This reduces the likelihood of having to brush the bowl afterward. One drawback for the tropics: the seat heater is on. Installation is simple, but one design change perplexed me. The rim of the seat leaves an inch of the front of the porcelain toilet bowl exposed. That is, the seat is a bit more elongated than the prior model, even though I ordered a "round" seat. But nothing bad has happened so far. Our past experience is heartening: 20 years without repair for an electronic device. Try getting that on a coffee maker.

I love this washlet so much I had to get another one for my other bathroom. My parents have the same one as well. Update: Sadly, the wand is stuck in the extended position after only a month of use. As you can imagine this means I effectively can’t use it in its current state and must immediately uninstall the whole thing before anyone can use the bathroom. I tried unplugging for 30sec to hard reset it, but it still won’t retract the wand. It just makes a grinding sound. This is a huge PITA to have to deal with so shortly after installing it.

After browsing over the countless options, I decided to go with Toto because of the reputation the company has internationally. I would have gone with the newer C5 (the replacement for C200), but unfortunately it doesn’t come in the shorter “round” size that I needed. I don’t feel like I’m missing out as this model has everything I could possibly need and has been around long enough that any major issues would be widely known by now.

I was slightly worried about installing this on my little apartment toilet, but the install went surprisingly smooth. No leaks and no adapters required as some other reviewers are insisting. And the lid / shape lines up perfectly with my bowl.. looks great! You do lose a little bit of surface seating area, but it’s totally fine and quite comfy.

As far as the actual cleaning and other functions go, it works as well or better than any bidet I’ve ever tried. And the dryer is definitely more functional and useful than others I’ve used. It’s easy to dial in the settings that work best for me and save it on the remote. The deodorizer is totally worth spending up for a model like this. It kicks on right when you sit down and actively filters the air with a little fan, and it does actually work.

Super happy I finally got one of these for myself, and like everyone else, I’m wondering what the h… took me so long!

Without getting too graphic, let's just say the TOTO Washlet is next-level amazing when it comes to bathroom functions. Installation is not difficult at all, and the remote control features and interface are easy to understand. This product may seem to be pricey, but it is money very well spent.

My toilet is old and round. So I picked up the only thing that made sense, a round washlet. It indeed fit the toilet but there simply was no way to avoid the witch's kiss.

However, the washlet functionality worked just fine but there was no way I could use that.

I changed my toilet to an elongated model and bought a toto S550 instead.
