I submitted my claim for my product, and it was far smoother than I expected. I received the Amazon gift card, which paid for my replacement product! I was very close to the end date of coverage, so don’t worry about whether they’ll cover it.

This was for my waterpik, I have purchased several over the years. I had a problem, leaked a bit and it has a small chamber at the bottom of unit that was rusty crud and absolutely zero access to clean. I sent request, received mailing label instantly and within hours of dropping package, an email came stating my gift card has arrived. Thank you Asurion and Amazon for GREAT customer service.

I purchased my Phillips Sonicare electric toothbrush. It came in handy when the toothbrush broke after the manufacturer's warranty expired. The claim process was a little encumbering at first, however once I reached out to representative via chat, it was a positive experience. Product was sent back to claims. Once the product was received a gift certificate was issued for the original purchase price of product.

Asurion's was quick to respond regarding my massager that quit working. As soon as I took it to UPS to send back, I received an Amazon gift card to apply toward purchase of a new one. Would choose Asurion's again on a higher priced item.

I have a number of Asurian / Amazon warranties. While they list an order number on each one, they do not describe the item purchased. I am attempting to save them in my "documents file" and confusion reigns supreme. I tried to call the Asurian number, naturally couldn't speak with anyone but, "Good news, you no longer have to register your product with Asurian". What! I am looking at warranties from January 2023 to present, and I did not see anything requiring registering an item? I will no longer buy an Amazon Warranty as I can't use the order number to track my item, and Assurian doesn't list the item purchased. I wonder if this isn't to frustrate the customer into not filing a claim.
