I added this to my purchase of a set of solar lights. Figured with the failure rate of majority of manufacturers It was a worthwhile investment. I chose a 3 year plan. Well, wadda you know! 2 year in to use, 2 of the 4 solar units experienced failure. These are solidly mounted, up high on edge of a home to illuminate a walkway. So nothing could have affected them physically. I remembered the protection plan. Searched my Amazon history, found the information and submitted my claim. Within MINUTES it was processed and I ordered replacements arriving tomorrow (next day) I’m so pleased with the ease and speed of this service I purchased another 3 year plan for another electronic device I also recently ordered. These plans are extremely affordable and makes the possible use effortless. Very thankful for Amazon and Asurion.
