He estado llamando a Amazon para que me ayude ya que la maquina se zafa, la pongo y cuando la empiezo a usar se desmorona, las piezas no se quedan en la maquina y/o se desarma. Funcionó perfecto los primeros días, ahora ya la uso con 2 de las 4 cuchillas ya que no se quedan en la máquina.

It was very easy to start a claim and they were quick to respond. They sent the mailing label quickly and sent out refund via gift card right after they received notification that the package had been mailed! We were so glad we purchased this!

Getting your claim was painless. My fitness band died on me after 6 months. It took 2 days to get reimbursed for it. Will use it again.

Sadly, the one reason for a low rating and why I will not buy an Assurance plan again would be such an easy fix. I’ve purchased at 3 or more plans in the past but I would not know which plan covers which item. The buyer only gets an email indicating a plan was purchased, the amount paid, the date purchased, the date of expiration and a generic list of the type of failure covered. All ok EXCEPT no indication of what item the coverage is for. There is an order number available but it just brings you to the purchase of the plan. Again, no indication of what I purchased for. If one of the items I purchased a plan for was to have a failure I would have no clue which plan I would need to dig up. The frustration of going through figuring out which item is covered would make me give up. Maybe they realize this and be the reason they simply to not list the product covered anywhere.
