My machine started acting crazy, I took a video confident it would be a fight to get it replaced but I was wrong. The process was very easy, you put in the cost of the machine and issues which for me was pods getting stuck and off and on not working and burnt pods. I got a message 5 minutes later saying they would send me money after they received the machine back. Remember to print your label yourself or you will pay ups 3 dollars to have them print it. A day pater I got email with credit to use on Amazon to buy new one. I wish it was a visa so I could buy locally as there is a sale at my local Walmart. But otherwise worth it

I bought this protection plan for a food processor which ended up breaking. I tried to submit a claim and sent multiple pictures of the item as well as both screenshots of my Amazon purchase and the Amazon invoice. They constantly texted me after each submission saying the pictures/documents sent were not sufficient and they ultimately ended up rejecting my claim. Waste of money.
