I took out this policy because the Oculus 2 I got from Amazon 2 never worked the battery would not charge. I heard good things about Mega Quest 3 so I got it, got it home guess what, that did not work either. So my fist question is, did Asurion charge me $600.00 for this plan? If so, I would like all my money back ASAP. $600
I called everyone I could to see if the problem with 3 was a fault in the 3 or my phone. Went to Best Buy and spoke with them, went to apple they looked at it and then I called Amazon, spoke I spoke with a rep she suggested I return it. Having no luck with Quest 2 and 3 I don't' want another one. Secondly ($) If you charged me $600 for the insurance that is not the price I agreed to. Seeing I never got Meta Quest online or even connected I would say I have money due. Plese respond to let me know if you intend sending $ back to me.
I ave been reaching out to Amazon and Asurion for weeks. Neither have responded to my numerous attempts to resolve this issue of me never receiving the information to set up insurance for the item I purchased. This is outrageous and ridiculous. It's 0 stars.
