I've been using this razor for about a month now and these are my thoughts on it. First, it is very stylish; I love the way it looks. Now, about that little silver ball meant to increase the razors ability to bend...it doesn't really. This works just the same as every other Venus razor I've tried; which is very good, just nothing different. The matching blades are not really the type I personally care for. They have a substance on them that allows you to shave with the razor alone; no soap or gel is needed. This works pretty well but I still find I get a closer shave with soap. I could just ignore the shave strips but the issue is that they get melted if they sit in water, so I have to make sure the little ledge I store it on stays relatively dry. This can be a little hard in the shower of course. After I finish using the two razor heads that came with it, I plan on switching to one of the other varieties. That's one of the best things about Venus razors: every handle fits every razor head. I can just buy a variety more to my liking and still use this lovely handle. So, overall, I am pleased with this razor but it is equal to other Venus razors; no huge breakthrough here.

I am not a fan of removing body hairs using razors. I used to use razor during my school days and it resulted in ingrowth hair. As I grew up, I either waxed or used hair removing creams. This summer it had been difficult to get the waxing done due to my busy schedule. I thought of buying this razor and honestly it is not like any other razors that I had used before. It really makes the skin soft. However, I do exfoliate my skin twice every week to make the shaving more effective. I shave in alternate days and so far it's been great.
If you want to use this razor, I would recommend exfoliating time and again to prevent strawberry skin.

What the title says - this is the best razor I have ever used. I used it for the first time last night and my legs have never been so smooth after a shave. I hit my knee at a weird angle, because I wasn’t wearing my contacts, and it should have severely cut me, but there was no injury. I was stunned

I didn’t see “no cuts” in the product description, but I’m used to cutting myself around my ankles sometimes with the disposable razors I’ve been using. But I didn’t cut myself once, when I should have several times. I can’t sing this product enough praises
