These are a fun source of soluble fiber. I eat two to four of these gummies per day, even though the directions are for two a day.Soluble fiber is only half of the equation for improved digestive health. You also need to be sure to include sources of insoluble fiber. The easiest way to get insoluble fiber is to mix psyllium into your orange juice or preferred beverage.Increasing your daily intake of soluble and insoluble fiber will help with digestive health and also help to curb your appetite... Or at least that is what I found after using the product for a few months.I also like the fact that these soluble fiber gummies are half the price of the name brand and taste just as good, if not better since there is a flavor variety unlike the mono flavor name brand.Would buy again.
