The led light ring has multiple setting options to change light tone, brightness. The phone holder was easy to assemble and holds the phone securely in place.     Good bang for the price, it flashes slow, but bought this for macro shots as a hobbyist. Turning the light setting on instead of using it as a flash works great, the hard plastic shells can be a pain swapping, just take your time and be gentle with it and you’ll be fine. I store the filter ring for this turned backwards in the light to protect the plastic threads and have just bought filter adapters for my lenses so I’m not digging around for the correct adapter for the light and so I’m not having to but a bunch of filters for different lenses. Hope this is helpful and have fun just taking pictures, play around and don’t get frustrated if the shot doesn’t come out right the first time.

    I am disappoint. ;)

    The constant light will work, assuming the incredibly poorly molded white diffuser stays on the front of the light .. but the flash doesn't work after one try. I changed batteries, removed / replaced on camera .. nothing makes this unit "flash" again.

    I'm thinking that all I paid for is a ring light for my macro lens. I just got this today, so will play with it until this set of batteries dies (likely in a few hours, going by other reviews), and then will have to decide whether to return it.

    I purchased for nearly $40 on Feb 1st, 2024. There's a Godox unit available for $90 that looks much more likely to work a little longer (https://www.amazon.com/Speedlite-5800K%C2%B1200K-Panasonic-Production-Photography/dp/B0BJ8WPXVV/), and maybe be a bit better build quality. That'll most likely be the next thing I try.

    I've gotten what I paid for here, and I am not complaining because I read the reviews first and knew what was likely to happen .. and despite that, I am surprised that it's this poorly made. It'll work for very basic fooling around, which is all I am ready for right now, but .. we'll see how long the fun lasts.

    Be very careful not to cross-thread the mounts on the front of your lens .. these are pretty soft-plastic mounts and are likely to get stuck if you apply very much force.

It does have lots of adapters and it works fine if you want to leave the light on and blind everyone but there's something faulty in the connection. I know it's not me or my camera as my other works fine.
    I couldn't use it. I had to tape the hinge on the old light ring and continue using that. I'm so disappointed. I let the return window close as Mother passed away and I completely forgot about this and missed the window. I am so aggravated over this.purchase.
    There are so many brands and sellers on here that have quality versions of this light ring. Please shop around before wasting your money here.

    Habe das Ringlicht schon einige Male für die Fotografie benutzt und bin nicht enttäuscht.
    Dem Paket liegen wohl sämtliche Größen an Adapter bei. Diese sind zwar aus Plastik, tun aber bei vernünftiger Handhabung zuverlässig ihren Dienst. Man kann das Ringlicht am Bedienteil auf rechts oder linksseitige Beleuchtung stellen oder auf kpl. Ring. Zudem ist das Ringlicht dimmbar und man hat 4 Lichtscheiben dabei. Einmal klar, einmal diffus, einmal gelb und einmal blau. Es ist gibt eine Testauslösetate (pilot) am Steuergerät. Weiter Einstellungen sind das dimmbare Dauerlicht sowie die Auslösung über den Auslöser der Kamera. Ich bin soweit zurieden mit dem Gerät und würde es auch weiterempfehlen.

    Ich habe eine doch eher alte Sony a58 mit der ich unter anderem auch Makroaufnahmen mache. Ein Ringlicht wollte ich für mehr Tiefenschärfe, was funktioniert hat.

    Von der Verarbeitung ist es sehr „günstig“, aber ich war auch nicht auf der Suche nach einem Profilteil für hunderte Euro, deshalb ist es für meine Zwecke und meine Erwartung absolut ausreichend.

    Ich habe sowohl das Blitzlicht als auch das Standlicht ausprobiert, bei beiden kann man die Helligkeit verstellen. Die Aufsätze für den Ring kommen in glasklar, milchig, blau und gelb, wobei ich das milchige bevorzuge. Für Makroaufnahmen mit einem 30mm oder 50mm sollte man das Licht dauerhaft anmachen und nicht den Blitz nutzen, weil man sehr nah an das Tierchen ran muss und es sonst überbelichtet ist.

    Die Bedienung ist durch die wenigen Knöpfe super einfach.

    In der Lieferung sind Adapter für jeden Objektivdurchmesser inklusive, ich nutze das Ringlicht für 49 und 77. Es lässt sich kinderleicht am Objektiv anbringen.

    Da ich oft negative Kommentare lesen muss, die nicht nachvollziehbar sind…

    Zum Fotografieren gehört nicht nur das passende Werkzeug, sondern auch das nötige „Know how“, nur weil ich ein Ringlicht habe, mache ich nicht plötzlich super scharfe Makroaufnahmen, es gehört viel Übung, Geduld und das richtige Objektiv dazu.

    Von mir eine klare Empfehlung :)
