Only thing I wish was different it the proprietary charging brick and cable. Dear Bissell - it's 2024 and you could just put a USB-C connector on the vacuum. Then we wouldn't have to keep track of a unique charger that only works with your unit. If another similar vacuum was available that had USB-C charging, I would have purchased it. Time to end this custom/proprietary charging practice.

 I have at least three or four cordless vacuums, and I use them for a variety of things. But I wanted one that was just dedicated to my living room furniture, so I decided to purchase this one. My couch and chairs are velvet, and they accumulate a lot of dust. This handy little workhorse is just what I needed! I used the brush attachment and it gently removes the dust and dirt. (We just did a kitchen remodel, so I am finding dust for days....everywhere! Not to mention the usual dog hair.) I like the way it goes over the nap and I can see the difference in color once the dust gone. This vacuum is easy to hold and easy to use. And it's easily charged. When my other models wear out, I will definitely purchase this model instead. Great buy!
