Overall my wife loves the mirror. I told her she doesn't need it because she's already beautiful. It is easy for her to use and is nice and clear. Also little distortion on magnified side of mirror. The magnification is perfect. Not too much and not too little.

The only thing I found wrong with it is the plate that arm is mounted to flexes easily. When arm is fully extended it hangs downhill because of the flex in the wall plate. In no way does it effect the use of the mirror.

I can't imagine that in time the flexing of the plate will cause fatigue and fail. Time will tell.

The mirror was packaged extremely well. It comes with the screws and anchors to mount to wall.

This was a replacement for a different mirror (FROM ANOTHER MANUFACTURER) which was flimsy, with loose articulation of the arm and poorly packed and arrived damaged.

Comparing the two was chalk and cheese. This was just £6 more expensive than the original was well worth the small premium. I gave the one I returned 1 star but this one was definitely worth 5 stars.

A quality product. Stylish and well made and protected by substantial foam packaging.
