Fantastic running gloves!

Fantastic running gloves!
Have been searching for the best pair of running gloves and I think I found them! I'm a cold weather runner and typically don't bundle up as much as my peers so these have been perfect for me, but may not be warm enough for those more sensitive to cold. I've worn them from down to 0F with a -19F windchill up into the 20's and have been very pleased with them! The mitten cover does a great job of blocking the wind and keeping your hands warmer, then once you warm up just pull back the mitten and keep on running. The magnet is whatever and not really strong enough for anything other than maybe keeping the gloves together in your running bin or basket. Don't expect to use it to secure the gloves to anything if you take them off mid-run.

Super sleek feel while providing protection from the cold. Nifty finger cover allows me finger dexterity to perform necessary functions during out door activities. The material is durable enough for outdoor movement through the woods, within reason (don’t go grabbing briars). I’m able to further protect my hands from the wind and cold by putting them into my pockets easily. Highly recommend this product.

I really love the Trailhead gloves. While at first glance and feel they seem thin, the fact that there is both finger gloves, and a "mitten" type cover makes these gloves very versatile. The material both breathes well, and when the "mitten" portion is one the fingers, the are remarkable warm. This is especially great for running because my hands start out cold, and then warm quickly. Being able to both cover and uncover my fingers when they get too warm or too cold is awesome. The "mitten" part is fully attached, but can be squished into a sown in pouch on the top of the hand. This makes popping some fingers out of the mitten to cool, or grab something, or use a phone, etc. super simple. I have walked and run in them in temps down as low as 20 degrees with little issue. (Personal comfort may vary - these are not true winter gloves, but they cut the wind and some cold temps well.) The Trailhead logo on the back of the mitten and silver band reflect light well for night runs.

Overall, I am very happy with these... and this is my second pair. I purchased my first about a year ago and they are still holding up. I just needed another pair for when I throw them in the wash.

Bought these gloves for my husband, who is a runner. They fit him, but he has small hands. It would be nice if the gloves had another size, M/L instead of S/M and L/XL as a choice. They kept him warm, but the temps have been mild here. He did like the flap that converts the gloves to mittens. He is going to put hand warmers in when the temps here get below freezing.

I have worn these daily to run and bike in rainy temperatures as low as 29 degrees Fahrenheit for months. They work great down to about 37 degrees. Any lower and the old digits get a bit cold. They are really well bit and have survives lots of machine washes. Also, the little magnet that keeps them together when not worn is way more handy and useful than you would think. Bonus!!

The outer sheath that folds over the glove works well. It will also take a hand warmer. Did a 10 miler in 25F weather - hands were pretty cold, mostly the outside part of my index finger and baby finger. Otherwise they perform.

As someone with Raynaud's Syndrome (circulation issues in my hands and feet affected mostly by cold weather), I was in search of gloves with a mitten cover for running during the fall and winter in the PNW (wet most of the time and cold mornings/afternoons). While I liked the lightweight nature of the mitten material, I was disappointed that the glove liner was a fleece glove liner. I might not have purchased them if I had seen that in the description. I could tell that I would never be able to wear these in the rain. A shell liner would have been much better. Even at 35 degrees, my hands were sweating a ton within the first mile of my run. By the time I was done with a one hour run, my hands were just soaking wet. As someone with circulation issues and ALWAYS COLD hands, this might seem like a win for these gloves, but it was just not comfortable. I won't be keeping them. Also, I needed to stop to adjust a lace and it took a lot of time and effort to get my hands out of the damp liner, retie my shoe, and get them back on. Just not for me.

My only critique is that they don’t work with smart phone screens

I love these gloves; they are my gloves of choice. I don't have great circulation, and these keep my fingers warm, and should I warm up during the run, then I flap and tuck the mitten overlays away. These really are my favourite gloves.

Exactly what you expect. Basic gloves with a wind proof removable covering. They're not warm, but are good to maybe -10 celcius while running. If your not moving and working to heat yourself up, maybe good to -5 celcius, with no wind. Although, I should mention, I've always had poor circulation in my hands and they get cold easy.
