This is a marvelous tool. It replaces a central vac that was like wrestling an anaconda. This vacuum is lightweight, sucks up cat hairs and pine needles from the Christmas tree, has a carpet attachment that really works, and is easy to use on furniture. It was difficult to figure out how to empty the receptacle at first - the instructional diagram isn't the best. On the whole great value for money.

These vacuums do not hold a charge. It happened to me and it happened to my mother. I tried to return and the seller is taking weeks and dragging their feet after providing me with a label that requires ME to pay for shipping and told me they wanted a restocking fee. Scam. Amazon is no help either. I’m disputing with my credit card company

I bought this a few years ago and it made cleaning a joy. I just hated using the vacuum cleaner with a long cord. Cords just get in the way and you have to keep plugging and unplugging to reach every area of your home. Once you go cordless you won't want to go back to a regular vaccum cleaner. The ease of just pressing the trigger and walking around freely with your vacuum cleaner makes cleaning a breeze. The canister is easy to empty too. The only thing I don't like is the battery. It doesn't hold its charge for too long. The newer versions have more long lasting batteries. Too bad the next version came out a month after I bought this one. After a year the battery became useless. It would last about a minutes at the strongest speed, but 10 minutes at the lowest speed, making this vacuum cleaner a very expensive device to maintain since the dyson battery costs over a hundred dollars. I took a star off because of that. It is a pretty decent vaccum cleaner with good suction power so I give it 4 stars, but the newer versions have better suction power and longer lasting batteries.

Il suffit de le décrocher de son support et de dégainer.
Les embouts brosses sont très pratiques pour faire la poussière sur les meubles que l'on ne veut pas rayer ou sur les plinthes.
Le bruit de la puissance normale est raisonnable (on s'entend parler pendant le fonctionnement).
La puissance max est beaucoup plus bruyante mais on ne l'utilise que ponctuellement.
