Personally, this is the first time I buy it through Amazon. Everything is good, except they should not state that it's exactly the same formula for the price paid for the old formula. For the "Food Blend" it is 333mg on the old bottle formula. On the New bottle formula it says for the " Food Blend" 330mg, not 333mg as it should be from the Old one. Don't falsely advertise, just be sincere.

I like these. They have a bit of a metallic taste probably from the iron but nothing crazy. I had to make the switch when I couldn’t keep chewable vitamins down any more and I simply get the essence that these are a lot more ‘natural’ than eating gummy prenatal vitamins daily anyway. They are about the size of fish oil pills so keep that in mind but they go down rather easy and you don’t necessarily have to take them with meals which I prefer. Highly recommended .

The prenatal I was taking before was a 1 pill per day thing and I was completely unable to digest it for months in first trimester when I was having morning sickness. My doula recommended this one and she was Right: The ingredients are better quality and more natural, and (perhaps because of the type of iron, or perhaps because its a 2x/day dose) I was able to take it without throwing it back up. Definitely saved me for a while until the morning sickness subsided.

It tastes a bit strong, like vitamin c and minerals (whatdyou expect?) but not so bad that I couldn’t get it down. Maybe not for those who have serious difficulty swallowing pills in general cause the pills are not small and it’s hard compressed, not in a soft capsule. But it feels high quality and easy to digest.

I've been taking these for a few weeks now and so far I love them! This is my third prenatal switch (I first was taking Olly, then One-A-Day, both ended up making me sick about a month into taking them). Pros and Cons are below.

Pros:
Flavor - These have a bit of a sour taste, if you've ever taken vitamin C, you'll know the flavor. It tastes pretty much like a vitamin C pill. There is also no aftertaste that you get from these!

No smell - So far I have not picked up any sort of smell from inside the bottle or the pill itself. A large part of what was making me sick from the One-A-Day brand was the awful smell of the pill and bottle.

Cons (not to me, but maybe for others):
Servings - The daily serving size is two pills. I don't take them both at the same time; I take one in the morning with breakfast and the second one with dinner. I prefer taking mine with a meal, though you don't have to. It just helps me keep myself on a schedule.

Size of pill - The pill is quite big. I don't have a hard time swallowing pills, but if you do, these may be a little difficult.

Overall, I highly recommend this brand of prenatal! I rarely leave reviews, but as I was taking mine this morning I thought I should. It may help someone out!

I have 2 copies of the MTHFR gene, so I was looking for a prenatal vitamin that has folate vs. folic acid. This vitamin is the best! I am so glad I found it. It has literally everything you need in a prenatal, including iron. It is made with folate and not folic acid, which is what you need when pregnant and positive for MTHFR.

The only bad thing about the vitamins is they’re a little big which can be hard to swallow if you’re not used to taking pills. And they do not taste good. I took mine every night before bed with a glass of milk or juice because those take the bad flavor away.
