This is so much better than the usual American style with the handle, I bought a second one. It has a good sized wheel so it doesn't drag the axel through the toppings. The grab part is comfortable and pushing down gets cleaner cuts that go through the crust.The entire thing comes apart into 3 pieces and I wash it in the silverware rack at the top of the dishwasher. The blade cover is Integrated, so no losing that in the drawer and scrounging to find it when putting it away. Overall, excellent design.I just wish they had some colors that don't look inspired by happy meal toys.

My husband loves frozen pizzas, and our pizza wheel finally bit the dust. Since I’ve become such a big review shopper, I’ve found that even something as simple as a pizza cutter can take me days to decide on!

Anyway, after reading reviews and based on personal experience, I decided to go with this pizza cutter. There were others I thought I might prefer but didn’t want to spend that much money on. While reading the reviews, I noticed that a lot of people mentioned how so many wheel cutters rust, like right in the center of the blade. It’s usually difficult to get that part of the cutter clean. I hadn’t thought of that and it grossed me out.

This amazing wheel comes completely apart so that every single piece can be cleaned individually! It definitely makes me feel better to know that there aren’t any hidden leftover pieces of food and/or rust inside the tool that I couldn’t get to in order to clean.

Also, this wheel seems to be more ergonomic. It feels much better in my hands when cutting a pizza (or anything else).

Best of all, it includes a blade cover. We currently keep all of our sharp kitchen tools in a drawer and it can honestly be dangerous if we aren’t careful. (Don’t worry - we don’t have kids!) Because this has a protective cover for the blade, it is safer to store - especially for those of you who DO have kiddos.

I think this little wheel would make a great gift too. It could be a cute stocking stuffer for a college student!

I don’t know how long the blade will stay sharp yet, but I can try to update my review if and when the time comes that we need to sharpen or replace it.

This thing is nice and sharp and works way better that a knife or a dull pizza cutter. I always order my pizzas uncut, so that they minimize sogging of the pizza box. It's also nice to cut slices to the size you want.

Also works great for quesadillas and it's very easy to dismantle and clean.

Storage was another issue with my old pizza cutter, and this is way easier to store in a drawer.
