    I want to stress that I am NOT an expert, I am an enjoyer of taking photos who up until one week ago had only been using his iPhone for pictures. This is the first true camera I’ve owned since disposable cameras when I was a kid. If you watch reviews from “professionals” they will give you a laundry list of incomprehensible terms and features this camera lacks, and use them as detrimental points towards the performance of the camera. If you are like me, it is likely that none of those things actually matter. This camera and the lenses that come with it in the bundle are capable of producing an excellent quality photo. All the photos in this review were taken and many were given a quick tiny edit in Adobe LightRoom, but none more than a quick auto-touch. I also did not utilize any custom settings for these photos(except the moon), I used only the default settings selections provided with the camera as I am not someone who is currently looking to dive into that sort of operation, though the settings are there to be played with for those interested. I find that the capability of this camera, and the lenses it comes with, make it a perfect starting point for anyone like myself who is wanting to get more involved in the world of photography, as it is capable of use for a wide variety of purposes which I have attempted to demonstrate.

The reason I have given 5 stars is that this Camera is solid-built, Manuals are easy to understand when setting up your camera. I will state if or when you buy this camera take time to read all the manuals as this will help you quite a bit this camera does have wifi built in which is a great plus

    I like the camera a lot, it shoots fast and the battery lasts a while although I'd recommend having a second battery on hand. The body is plastic and feels very cheap and the digital interface is super clunky, it seems about 20 years out of date. BUT, I love the shots it takes, video is ok but doesn't seem to be super hi res. This camera needs a lot of light, it likes to use the flash a lot so I tend to overide that.

    Great "entry level camera" works great with EOS lenses , both film and digital. Much better than any tiny, grainy, AI software-based sensor on phones.

    Great built in help functions, and you can get even more functionality with "magic lantern", which is available free.

    Canon is discontinuing free photo storage on their APP, so be aware. The Wifi Functionality is ok, so you at least get a free remote shutter.

    No problem with my 32Gb card,which holds 600+ photos in RAW+JPEG format.
