They simply asked for proof of purchase, which I provided, and the very next day, a brand new nozzle arrived at my doorstep!
The replacement nozzle functions perfectly, with no leaks whatsoever. I am thoroughly impressed with SPRAYTEC's commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to stand behind their product. The nozzle itself is fantastic, with a variety of spray patterns that make watering my garden a breeze.
