Personally, I am not a fan of any kitchen sponge. I think it's mainly because they're disposable, and I have found using a good kitchen dish cloth works just as well if not better than a sponge, and you can throw it in the washer. My husband, however, will not touch a dish unless he has a kitchen sponge.
For years we had been using the scotch bright yellow ones. I'm talking we bought them in huge quantity from Sam's....but they would only last a week or so before we had to dispose of them (and the smell, ugh).
These OCedar sponges are like a breath of fresh air. They clean dishes really well, they scrub pots and pans extremely well and they don't scratch either. They don’t smell, the scrubbing part does not disintegrate and they last a very long time before they need replaced, and mainly that's because I think geez I can't remember when we last replaced these, so I'll bring out a new one.
These are really great value for the quality of the sponge and the length of time that they last. Plus they really just work well. I would purchase them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them!

My Favorite Kitchen Sink Sponge
I bought these after reading an article out on the web about Best Sponges (it was highly rated).I was frustrated by how fast others deteriorated.These last a long time! The photo shows the deterioration on the scrubby side- after 5 months! Can’t complain about that! And they are run through the dishwasher weekly, which probably adds to that.I’m just now ordering another pack of 6. So, purchasing 2 packs of 6 per year…. that’s a win!

La parte verde, quella "ruvida", si sfarina fin dal primo utilizzo - non estremo eh, pentole e padelle - seguita da quella blu che è più resistente ma, a quanto pare, non abbastanza. Dopo una settimana lo stato della spugna è quello in foto e ogni volta che lavo i piatti ne finiscono dei pezzi nel lavandino.
