I've known Jess for years now and was so happy that she dedicated time to write this important book. The Little Book of Game Changers will help you develop the healthy habits that will improve your life. From lowering your stress to improving your diet, Jess will give you tips that have helped her and her clients. While there are countless books in the "health" book category, this one is the least intimidating and the most useful one I've come across because everything is tested, simplified and actionable. Read this book if you want to meet or exceed your new year's health resolutions!

I am in love with The Little Book of Game Changers since I got it last week. It's simple, easy and effective - and there's no filler, the actionable advice starts on page one (actually it starts in the introduction). I knew it was't just me when I left the book on our coffee table and my husband - who doesn't usually go in for this type of thing - stopped, picked it up, opened to the middle and said, wow! this is really helpful.

This book is fantastic for people who can see through the BS of trend diets or self-help books that are gimmicky and unrealistic. I love that it's a fun read and you can skip around based on your needs. Cording infuses parts of her own experience which brings her game changers to life. Do yourself a favor and get a copy!

If you are looking to make small changes and to adopt healthy habits this book is for you. Jessica shares not only healthy habits, but how simply you can make each change. This Little Book is well written, easy to understand and the recommended changes are easy to implement.
