    Great quality and Maneuverability
Update after 2 months of use.....Height, weight and maneuverability are still good. It was extremely helpful navigating through the airport. However, I am disappointed in three things:1. The wheels are of very low quality. I took this stroller on a walk in our neighborhood, and pebbles were getting stuck on the outside of the wheels. This caused the stroller to rattle and my daughter wasn’t able to sleep. It’s definitely not a good stroller for anything other than a super smooth surface!2. The seat fabric is not removable. I knew this when purchasing it, but I thought I would be okay spot treating as needed. That was until my daughter had a major blowout in the stroller.... I SO wish I could simply remove the fabric and throw it in the wash. Cleaning is definitely more difficult than other strollers out there!3. Opening the stroller is truly not attainable with just one hand. There is a plastic clip on the side that I need to lift up while also compressing the button on the handle. We will continue to use it, but I honestly wish I would have gone with a different stroller for the price!!First review:We purchased this stroller for an upcoming flight trip for our 3 month old (will be 6 months at time of travel). I researched strollers for weeks and made a list of pros and cons for about 8 different types of strollers. This is not the lightest stroller out there, but it’s by no means heavy. Definitely manageable. The maneuverability is impressive (see video)! I love that this takes a car seat without an adapter for those times my daughter is already asleep in her car seat. The height is great, but I can imagine it might be a little high for some. I’m 5’ 11” and it fits me comfortably.

I spent hours researching and trying various different compact strollers and this was the one we decided to keep. Compared to Baby Jogger City Tour 2, Contours Bitsy, Mountain Buggy Nano, Ergobaby Metro, Silver Cross Jet. Briefly compared to Uppababy Minu. I did not compare to Babyzen Yoyo or Bugaboo Ant as I did not want to spend more than $500 for a compact stroller at this point.

So about the Born Free Liva:
    PROs
    - Smooth one handed fold and it stands on its own once folded.
    - Opens easily with releasing latch on one side and then flip open
    - Very nice material, soft and well padded. The materials are on par with higher end strollers like the Silver Cross or Uppababy Minu.
    - Very stylish with large canopy with magnetic peek-a-boo window
    - Bag and belly bar included
    - Storage: decent basket, cup holder for baby on inside, small pocket for phone/keys on the outside of back rest
    - Larger wheels than other compact strollers
    - Easy brake
    - Car seat compatible (they only list a few brands that they tested as compatible, but there is no adapter needed, and I was able to secure my Nuna Pipa.)

    MEH
    - I don't care for the cup holder and the cell phone holder. They seem flimsy.
    - I realize that compact strollers aren't meant for super bumpy, uneven roads. Not as smooth on these types of surfaces.

    CONs:
    - 16 lbs, not terribly heavy, but not as light as some of the other compact strollers that are around 13-14 lbs
    - Not overhead compliant

Things that would make it perfect:
    1. Deeper recline
    2. A couple pounds lighter/a smaller frame that is overhead compatible
?? 3. Sometimes I wonder if I would want a clickable car seat adapter to make it more secure, although it feels fine with the straps. But then I would have to pay more for car seat specific adapters.

After comparing all the different strollers, I decided I wanted something that was car seat compatible. We have a 5 month old and wanted the option to be able to carry the car seat through the airport. Ergobaby and Colugo cannot attach a car seat, so took that off the list. Similarly, for Uppababy Minu, you have to take the stroller seat off to attach a car seat (not convenient when out and about).

Although, this stroller is a bit heavier than the the others that can attach a car seat. I found that I liked the quality of fabric and padding better than Mountain Buggy, Baby Jogger City Tour 2, and Contours Bitsy. The storage and fold was better than Silver Cross Jet (especially at being half the price). Also there was more space and coverage from the sides if baby is sitting upright.

For $200, this is an amazing product and you don't have to pay more for bags, belly bar, or adapters.

That being said, If I was looking for a compact stroller for a toddler, and didn't need car seat compatibility, I might go with one of the smaller/lighter frames like Ergobaby or Colugo.

I bought this impulsively to use for an upcoming travel trip. It is very easy to fold and I love that it comes with it's own travel bag. It looks very sleek and maneuvers very well. The first time I used it was for Disneyland and it was perfect! Small, compact, but has the luxury feel of a much more expensive stroller. My only complaint is the cupholder. Its only good for smaller cups. My taller one fell out when we went over a bump. Very happy with my purchase overall. My daughter loves to ride in it.

I have a Baby Jogger City Select stroller but I wanted something smaller, light weight, and easy to get around. This stroller is not as attractive in person as it is in pictures and the light weight quality also means that the stroller doesn’t feel as sturdy and high quality as my City Select. When pushed back, the canopy sits right against the handle, which is a bit annoying. These are my biggest complaints.

There are also many things to love! The ease of collapsing is wonderful and since it’s so light weight, getting it into and out of the car is a breeze. I’d be able to carry it easily up/down stairs if need be. The seat seems quite comfortable and the elevated foot rest and seat recline make it a good option for napping. The canopy is huge and helps block wind and sun. It pushes quite easily and transfers between different surfaces better than I expected (it does not push nearly as smoothly as the City Select, but that is to be expected with the price difference). I was able to buy an open box stroller that was still brand new, and I saved about $30. I’m pleased with this stroller!

Great stroller!! My little one loves it and so do I! It glides smoothly with one hand and is sturdy enough to run after my older kids. It looks great and the canopy opens up and protects well. The handle height is perfect and doesn’t cause hunching. The phone and drink attachments are a great bonus! The back pouch blends in, to store keys and personal items. It folds easily and is compact for any family car. It also come with a protective bag for storing and caps if you want to remove the bar. This is our 8th stroller and third kid and we finally got it right!
