The cups with handles are made of thick substantial glass with 2 hobnail and 2 embossed in a pattern. Bamboo lids fit snugly. Really nice for overnight oatmeal, chia seed pudding, etc.

It's too bad the same quality was not extended to the spoons in this set. They are made of EXTREMELY thin metal, with the handle a piece of metal with the side edges just turned inward, leaving a deep groove in the middle. That makes holding the spoon very uncomfortable and the overall look/feel of the spoons are very lightweight and flimsy. Cups/lids are excellent and do NOT look or feel cheap at all.
