* The Power Mop replacement pads are insanely expensive.

Hacks:
* I’m currently using leftover disposable pads from my Swiffer Wet/Jet in lieu of the Power Mop disposable pads. I simply cut them to size for a nearly perfect fit. • See image.
* I also purchased a four pack of generic washable pads to use when my Wet/Jet pads run out. I tested one; it fits perfectly and washed quite well.

I love the Swiffer Power Mop. The power mop is easy to use and I got my floors mopped up quickly, also the mop was easy to put together. I used to use the Swiffer mop and I had to attach the wet wipes. I was finding that I had to sprinkle floor cleaner on the floor to get get them clean. The Swiffer Power Mop is so much easier to use. The cleaner that comes with the power mop has a fresh smell and the smell lasts for days. Great product.

This is by far and away the best mop I have ever used. I have mostly hardwood floors, it works great on all of them. These are the reasons I highly rate this a five star. The maneuvering is excellent, narrow places, wood trim on walls, under low places piece of cake. Solution very fast drying ( my cats must miss walking on my just mopped floors). The smell of the solution is pleasant but not overpowering. I bought the reusable mop heads they are awesome too. Batteries so far are lasting quite awhile.
I was using another brand.B… and their solution wasn’t cleaning my hardwood floors it was leaving a residue that was visible in the sunlight. This mop/solution doesn’t do that. I highly recommend this mop it’s the solution I thought that would make moping easier would never happen. Good job Swiffler you outdid yourself.

I bought this to clean small spaces (Bathrooms and laundry room).

Pros:
-swivel head so you can get in between spaces and up against baseboards easily
-easy to use - just stick the pad on and go, peel the pad off when you're done
-mop head is a nice size so you can cover a lot more floor than with the regular Swiffer which means you can finish mopping quicker.
-Cleaner has a nice fragrance that lasts a lot longer than expected
Note - I purchased reusable mop pads separately as I do not like to use a lot of one time use disposable products so I can't give any feedback on the mop heads included with the product.

Cons:
-When you have a bottle of cleaner in it, it is no longer lightweight.
-It doesn't spray out a lot of cleaner so you have to keep pushing the button (which may be a good thing so it doesn't soak any one area too much, but I would like to spray out a little more than it does).
-I did have to fight with it a bit to assemble it. The wire that connects the pieces was too long and I had a hard time pushing it into the pipe so that I could connect the two pieces.
-You have to purchase new bottles of cleaner - it is not refillable.

The mop is used just for house hold washing of tile floors. I washed the floors with the Fresh Scent Cleaner and reuseable pads. I used 4 of them so as not to over do the pads. I had purchased the Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Mop Kit and bought an extra 2 x 5 boxes of Mopping Pads. After I had used the pads I put them in the wash on a 20 minute cycle. When I pulled them out, they had completely fallen apart. I now will have to pin them back together and sew down each seam to be able to use them again. Since then I washed two more and they have done exactly the same thing. They were not cheap. Not impressed.

It is such a good mop! The button control at the top of the handle is super easy to use and press to spray out as much cleaning liquid as you want and the cleaning solution pops in super easy and smells great too. It smells a bit like windex but less strong and more lavender. The 360 swivel also makes it super easy for it to turn around corners, objects and furniture on its own! It really gets up in the edges! My only complaint is that the mop pads are a weird velcro fit, it doesn't stay on the mop all the way but also doesn't fall off or come off at all when mopping? The mop pads are also not enough, you only get two and you use the first one which leaves you with just one left, and it can get pricey buying the refills. My tip for you is just purchase reusable washable ones. It will save you TONS of money considering that the brand Swiffer itself is kind of expensive. Also just to let you know, I mopped my whole downstairs floor and went over a couple of spots and rooms and about half of the solution is gone. I think the amount you get is not too bad neither good, it is just enough to do the job. Though it can also be pricey to repurchase the refills.. and it also says in the instructions manual to not make your own solution. Interesting. By the way I'm not sure why people in the reviews said the handle was too short.. im about 5ft and it is great for me and everyone else. It is pretty tall. It's only short if you're about 8.5ft.. so i'm not sure about that. The scrubbers are also average, not like they displayed as "powerful scrubbers." They're pretty mid honestly. The weight is also okay.. overtime I can see how it can be heavy and I'm young. Might be kind of heavy for mopping for long periods of time, especially if you are of older age. ALSO.. the pads DO trap dust, hair and pet fur really well!!! Overall a great mop though!

No refill bottles!!

The product itself is great but finding a refill bottle is an absolute nightmare. The one bottle it comes with only lasted 2 mops. A lot of money spent when one can’t find refill bottles anywhere.
