This stool is made of durable plastic that feels very sturdy and stable when you put your feet on it. The width and curve fit perfectly around the toilet base so it doesn't slide around. The slight angle positions your body in a way that straightens out your colon and makes elimination faster and more complete. I no longer have to sit and strain for long periods of time.
