This has exceeded my expectations so far. It arrived several days before the delivery window. It was easy to setup and it has been making ice only when needed. It doesn't make ice when it's full. It automatically stops making ice when it's full. This was well worth the price.

I love everything about this machine. I don't have an ice maker in my fridge (it is too small for that). So, I make ice in those stupid plastic trays that spill all over the freezer if they aren't set in there just right. The ice this machine makes is just delish - I didn't want the bullet shaped cubes - I was more attracted to the square type that you get from a restaurant, and this is the best! Very simple to operate, I just pour bottled water into the unit to just below the "fill" line and close the lid. The machine starts working, and keeps working until the basket inside is filled. I open up the top, lift out the basket and dump the ice into an ice bag I keep in my fridge. The unit keeps working until the water runs out, and you can fill it up and start again. The machine is very quiet - a little noise when the ice dumps, but not loud or bothersome. I'm SO happy to have lots of ice for my iced tea and other beverages this summer! I did buy the warranty, just in case - it is a five year warranty!

First of all it is extremely temperamental but does produce nice quality product clear ice which is what I was looking for. Even though I wanted to return the product I didn't because of the 15% restocking fee. The reason I wanted to return it is because of its temperament. The ice that it produced is clear and beautiful and I love that, what I didn't like is the ice getting stuck in the tray and I had to forcibly try to remove it but not wanting to break the machine I just left the ice till it melted. The customer service from this company is okay not perfect but they did respond pretty quickly when I had an issue and suggested things to ease operation.

We have had this ice maker for several months and use it a minimum of twice a week. It makes great square ice cubes. The ice cubes stick together in rows of 8x3. This is no problem. We let several trays drop and then move them to an ice cube freezer container. You can pick up the entire brick of cubes and tip it over to the smooth side and tap lightly once with the provided metal scoop. They all break apart beautifully. Easy peasy.

Purchased in Dec 2020. Died in May 2021. We waited a long time for this highly rated product and loved the ice it produced for the few months it worked, however ... Sigh ... at one point the machine began making a weird noise that ended with such strange tasting ice (as in burning our mouths), that we stopped using it. We contacted Sentern, but the company did not have a phone that worked, an email that was directed to anyone who answered. I have tried contacting this vendor, but I see no way to contact then other than through the Amazon review venue. I most certainly hope they see this, since we could have bought a lot more ice than the price we paid for the time we've had ice from their product! It's possible we just got a lemon ... but at least a lemon should be replaced in full. Please contact me, vendor, if you understand my problem. Thank you.

 I bought it June 2021, today is June 2022 ,my household has had this machine for a year using it 3 to 4 days a week( we use a lot of ice ) that's why I wanted to buy a machine . Everytime we use it we run it a full cycle fill it to the rim with water in the water holder. Anyway worth everydollar I spent not expensive for as much as we use it and still working like a charm...
