Nature Sustained products are 100% free from chemical additives, using beneficial microorganisms combined with naturally occurring elements from plants and fruits. Our organic shampoo is formulated with natural ingredients to nourish dry, damaged hair, hydrate sensitive skin, and provide relief.
Using a process of fermentation, Nature Sustained Hair Care products contain specially selected elements which combine to form a synergistic "brew" that enlivens the scalp, supporting the body’s natural production of oils, resulting in a balanced and healthy environment on the head and hair.
We venture into Thailand's jungle to source the wild soap berries, fruits & pure spring water for our botanically enhanced formulation. With consistent use, soapberries in our natural shampoo help clean the pores of the scalp, removing years of residual build up left by chemical based hair products.
Why Probiotics?
We already know how important it is to have a healthy and balanced microbiome in our gut. Similarly, for skin, probiotics nurture our good bacteria and kill off the bad bacteria. Adding microorganisms to raw plants and fruits helps to release enzymes which break them down and create beneficial substances. The fermentation helps the skin & scalp to absorb those beneficial substances better, promoting natural hair growth and health. No wonder we call our hair care routine ‘Kombucha for the skin’!

The soapberries in our formula create a naturally alkaline substance, allowing the skin to lock in moisture and preventing dryness and irritation.

SHAMPOO BOTTLE IS NOT FULL!
I’m hoping the seller can get back to me in resolving this issue. Through reading the reviews, this has happened to other people as well...and others have also said in comments that their’s came completely full.1- in the photo for the product itself, it shows the bottle as full to the brim.2– this is false advertising, unless this was and has been an honest mistake in the past.3– this shampoo is expensive as it is and I’d expect to receive the full bottle.Needless to say, you don’t have to use that much of this shampoo to clean your hair. A little goes a long way. Tip, only shampoo scalp area & condition rest of hair.I anticipate only washing my hair every 5 days & using plant based dry shampoo in between. Shampooing more often can strip the hair too much.Seller, please get back to me, as I’d like to continue to buy this but I won’t if it continues to come partially empty. Your shampoo is so clean & what I need, so I really hope that you can resolve this issue for me!ThanksUPDATE: I didn’t get an explanation, but the seller promptly sent out a replacement shampoo & conditioner for me (free of charge), which I am very happy about but the shampoo is still partially empty. So I guess that’s just how they do business.
