I’m currently invested in a full self care routine. I do scalp oiling, massage, clarifying shampoo, then hydrating shampoo, then deep conditioner and finally hydrating conditioner. (I use Amika as deep conditioner and the new Redken color gloss shampoo/conditioners). FYI I have medium fine color treated hair that is naturally straight that reaches my mid back.

I used to use the olaplex detox shampoo but it was super harsh. It did make my hair extremely clean- but again, so harsh. I had hair fall, which is semi normal for oiling but it got to the point my shower drain clogged by the time I ended the bottle. Definite no. I was recommended this by a friend. Traditionally I stay away from drug store shampoos but she said she really really liked it and at this price point I figured why not.

So… I really like it! It’s effective, makes my hair feel clean, no crazy overpowering fake scent and I’ve definitely noticed less hair fall! It lathers up well (make sure to lather up in hands and then apply for ease of distribution) and doesn’t dry my hair out. I will definitely repurchase.

Great product for dry hair that has product buildup

Have been using this product for 4 weeks, once a week, and loving it! I have very dry and fragile hair, and I find that this product does a really good job at deep cleaning my hair without demanding it. Great for people who live in areas with hard water, like myself.
