This is a soothing, hydrating toner. I don't really notice much of a scent unless I stick my nose into the bottle (and yes, it does smell like chamomile). For reference, my skin type is very oily, acne-prone, and dehydrated.

I decanted the toner into a spray bottle because I prefer patting it into my skin rather than swiping it on with a cotton pad. It does feel a tiny bit "oily" on my hands afterward, but it's not a huge deal to me. I will likely repurchase this again once my bottle runs out.
