Very very strong scent(NOT in a good way)
Very very strong scent and not well packaged at all. It leaked everywhere, both inside the packaging and on my counter when I set the package down(and hadn't realized it was leaking). It was horrible and very pungent. The smell was so strong when I opened the packaging that it took hours for my air purifier to cycle the smell out of the house. I have parrots, so that was an immediate concern for me. I got it for our basement(our cats are obsesssed with peeing on the door that leads outside) and for the back door by the feeding station on our porch(because, well, stray cats like to mark stuff...). I would be afraid to use it anywhere in the main house because of the scent. I followed the instructions and applied it where it was needed and I will update later on whether it keeps the cats from peeing...right now, the strength of the scent alone is enough to keep them away. It literally made my eyes water and gave me a headache.

I’m giving it a few days. I’ve saturated tissue and papers to keep my one cat from peeing in certain areas. She been to vet and a reason cannot be found. However cotton balls soaked in peppermint oil placed in a snack size zip lock seems to be effective p.

I use the spray every 3rd day in the trouble spots. There is no smell, no discoloration of the light carpet, and dries quickly. This is a bit expensive in my opinion.
