I wanted this product to be great but after using the cleanser I used the vitamin C serum and it was sooo sticky. After applying the serum you’re supposed apply the shea butter. I was a sticky greasy mess. And on top of all that they recommend you apply sunscreen. They need to get back in the lab for the serum, it felt like I dripped an orange popsicle on my face. But I do like the rose water toner.

My one dislike about this product is after applying the serum and after leaving it on for 1 minute and then applying the cream moisturizer it leaves a sticky residue feeling. With that being said, I will not purchasing this product again.

My face was brighter, smoother, and literally glowing! Even my Husband noticed. I was doubting it after I moisturized my face because I didn’t feel any difference as my face has just been feeling dull lately. But after all products were applied, I swear it’s like I had a new healthier face. I love this product and I really hope my skin continues to love it as well!

I find these Buttah products provide the perfect skincare for me. The cleanser gently removes dirt and oils, the toner has helped with evening out my skin tone along with the vitamin c serum. After my first use, I broke out a little but to me that meant the product was working to open up my outer skin and remove the dead skin, sort of like gentle exfoliation. Then the hyleronic acid cream (sp?) softens my skin and provides that needed moisture plumping that lasts more than a day without being greasy. I even put it on my lips because just a little goes a long way. I wouldn’t shy away from this product if your are not African-American because even though these products were formulated with them in mind, I’ve seen a positive difference in my skin and am satisfied even though a little pricy for the small portions.
