This is not just a moisturizer - this one product, perhaps more than any of the others I regularly use - helps my skin appear clearer and brighter, more free of scars or marks. I've used it for years, and I believe it's the gentle effect of the salicylic acid that makes the difference for me. So I've been struggling with acne for 4 years and it doesn't show any signs of going away soon... But as anyone with acne knows, we try tons of different products in hopes that it will be *the one* that banishes our acne forever (we can dream). Anyways, I've tried many moisturizers, including the other neutrogena ones. This is the ONLY moisturizer I've used that does not breakout my skin. The only thing I will say is that it is not a very powerful moisturizer. If you have dry skin or flaky spots, this will not do much to help. In those cases, I opt for a stronger moisturizer. But this is perfect for daily use - it's light and refreshing. It does have a somewhat strong fragrance at first, but I like the smell and it fades quickly so I don't mind.
Also, for any fellow acne sufferers I'll tell you what has always made me breakout with moisturizers, and maybe this can help you:
-Unfortunately, ANY SPF lotion irritates my skin and leads to breakouts. I don't know why, maybe I just have sensitive skin.
-A lot of moisturizers with oil make me breakout. I'm not saying oil is evil though! I know there's a few oils that are very good for your skin, but honestly I'm too scared to try them because I finally found a routine that has cleared up most of my acne. If you're interested, I've heard tea tree oil is good.
-Additionally, very creamy consistency moisturizers usually lead to a breakout for me too. I don't know what it is, but I'm guessing it's an ingredient that is similar in all of them.
(And if anyone is wondering how I cleared up my acne, I wash my face with a gentle cleanser at night and moisturize right away! While my face still has some dew on it, that's the best time to. I then put a VERY thin layer of benzoyl peroxide gel on my problem areas (It dries out skin easily!) In the morning I wash my face with a salicylic acid wash and so far, all of my pimples (I usually have 8-12 at a time) have vanished and now I only have 2! )

NO PUEDO CON LA EFICACIA DE ESTA CREMA.
Había estado usando otros productos para acné más caros que este y ninguno me había ayudado a disminuir tanto las espinillas. Con esta crema los brotes han sido casi nulos, y cuando me salen se van pronto.
No ha hecho que la textura de mi piel sea mejor, pero con que evite que salgan espinillas tengo, después puedo agregar algo para eso.
Lo único que puedo agregar es que aunque su consistencia es ligera, al ponerla se siente un poco superficial, como barrera o como se siente cuando te pones un bloqueador (no sabría explicarlo), pues con cualquier cosita mi rostro empieza a sudar un poco, cosa que no me pasaba antes ni con cremas más pesadas 😅 pero con secar el sudor o poner polvo traslúcido se resuelve.

Se ve más pequeño que en las fotos, pero la verdad es que lo uso diariamente por las mañanas después de bañarme y ya voy para tres meses y no se me acaba. Me hidrata, sí. Notó algún cambio... No. Sí que sirve como hidratante antes de aplicar maquillaje y de hecho lo uso con un tónico astringente pero al yo tener la piel tan grasosa, tampoco veo un cambio radical o circunstancial. En estas últimas semanas me empezaron a salir granos de color rojo y según el producto ayuda a eliminar rojeces pero yo no vi ningún cambio. El olor es muy rico pero realmente funciona para eliminar los puntos rojos de los granos o desinflamar alguno, pues no. Cómo dije sirve más como un hidratante que no tiene aceites pero tampoco te deja la piel sin grasa. Yo que tengo la piel hiper grasosa, este producto me ayuda unas cuantas horas a qué no se me desborde la grasa pero ni bien pasan unas 4hrs me tengo que lavar la cara de nuevo porque se me vuelve a desbordar la grasa de mi rostro :(
