Lauren Midgley, a business strategist, time behaviorist and motivational keynote speaker, is known for her gift to help others get very focused on their desired results. She has written three books: It's 6 a.m. and I'm Already Behind, Successfully Failing at Procrastination, and Masterminding Our Way: The Power of 5 Minds.

Lauren is passionately about the topic of Productivity and how the time we spend each day must be used for accomplishing tasks AND finding personal satisfaction. The words that make Lauren crazy are: "I'm too busy or I don't have time". Instead, she wants us to think about "What matters most right NOW".

As a time behaviorist, Lauren studies how we perceive time, use time, and impact our individual lives using time effectively. She is working on her fourth book, which will be due out in 2017.

Lauren began her own consulting company in 2010 in the Dallas-Ft.Worth TX area, after a 25+ year career with two Fortune 500 companies in a variety of roles: Sales, Marketing, and Franchising. Her educational background consists of an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Arizona State University and a MBA from Golden Gate University.

Shannon Thomas, LCSW is the international bestselling author of Healing from Hidden Abuse: A Journey Through the Stages of Recovery from Psychological Abuse and Exposing Financial Abuse: When Money is a Weapon, and the owner/lead therapist of an award-winning counseling practice. Thomas is the co-founder of Keep Dreaming Big Project, a IRS-approved 501 (c)(3), which grants life-enriching wishes for survivors of abuse.

Wendy Knutson ​has over 30 years of accounting experience and received her CPA license in Texas in 2008​.​ ​A​ QuickBooks user since the 1990's and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Wendy ​served a two-year term as one of 15 members of Intuit's Accountant & Advisor Customer Council​ from 2012-2014. ​This gave her insight into the software and a hand in its development.

Wendy started Knutson CPA in Southlake in 2010 with the vision of providing responsive, forward-thinking accounting services. Knutson CPA currently has eight professionals on its team and serves a variety of small to mid-size businesses. The firm has won many awards including the 2015 Firm of the Future Award from Intuit.

In 2015, Knutson CPA became a Certified Profit First Professional firm, one of only three in Texas. This designation allows Knutson CPA to guide business owners on the journey to increasing their profits. Wendy, and her husband, Dan have two adult daughters and live in Keller, Texas.
